At the Guild of Music of Music Supervisors Conference 2025 Thomas was a mentor in the mentorship sessions on campus, plus interviewed Questlove as part of the keynote conversation exploring how music and iconic soundtracks shape culture, connect generations, and build legacy in visual media.

At the Tokyo International Music Market (TIMM) Thomas was a featured speaker on the "Sync Placements for Japanese Music in Foreign Visual Contents" panel where he delved into the latest information on the music sync business, primarily in Europe and the US, efficient methods for promoting Japanese music, and the structure of music supervision.

At the SHIP Showcase Festival and Music Conference, Thomas was a keynote speaker, and was on a panel called "What Do You Sync?". The festival aims to provide an opportunity for emerging bands, managers, urban creatives, festival representatives, and influential international delegates to network, share best practices and ideas, and create a basis for future collaboration.

Thomas was one of Weekend.17's lecturers for Weekend Media Festival, which is a big regional event that unites those who are interested in trends and novelties in the media and agency world. He had a one-on-one interview with Milan Majerović-Stilinović of the ZAMP (Croatian composer society and PRO) about music storytelling in Better Call Saul.

Thomas and Olivia produced a panel with post production producer Cameron Angeli and music editor Jason Newman called Complicated Projects: Diving into the Deep End of Music Supervision for Television, which was a masterclass on navigating complex projects using Cowboy Bebop, Poker Face and the Breaking Bad franchise as case studies.
